Marble is a key material in ornate architecture. It can stand the test of time, looking just as stunning centuries after when it was carved.
We want to lay down the foundations of a new age of inter-religious peace and harmony in a way that will last for millennia by creating the tile of tolerance, a slab of pure white marble taken from the courtyard of the Sheikh Zayed mosque, and will invite the Vatican to exchange it with a marble tile taken from the heart of Christianity itself.
